Bookings

Bookings are made directly with Gadink by WhatsApp, phone or email. A booking is confirmed once we have agreed the date, pick-up time, pick-up place and price in writing (for example on WhatsApp).

Prices & payment

• Prices are agreed before your trip and are in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) unless stated otherwise.
• Unless agreed otherwise, prices include the car, driver and fuel. Entrance tickets, meals, boat tickets, parking at special venues and activities are not included.
• Amounts shown in the website's money converter are a guide only.

Changes & cancellations

Please tell us as early as possible if your plans change. If a deposit was paid, any refund will be as agreed at the time of booking. We may need to change or cancel a trip because of weather, ceremonies, road closures, safety or events outside our control; if this happens we will offer another date or a fair refund of any amount paid for the service not provided.

Your trip

• Please be ready at the agreed pick-up time. Long waits may affect the day's plan.
• Itineraries are flexible but travel times in Bali depend on traffic and weather.
• Please follow local customs at temples (sarong and respectful dress) and the driver's safety advice.
• Damage to the vehicle caused by passengers may be charged.

Activities by other companies

Boat trips, hikes, swings, snorkelling and other activities are run by separate operators. We can recommend and arrange them, but those operators are responsible for their own services and safety. We recommend having travel insurance.

Website content

We try to keep information on this website accurate, but opening times, prices and travel times can change. Photos on the website are for illustration and some are artwork. All text, logos and photos belong to Exciting Bali Tour or are used with permission and must not be copied without consent.

Liability

Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under applicable law. Apart from that, we are not responsible for losses caused by events outside our reasonable control.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia.
